By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bat339 platform — including the website located at bat339.org, any associated mobile applications, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with bat339's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bat339 platform. Continued use of bat339 following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bat339, including players registered in Pakistan and internationally. bat339 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on bat339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual may register only one (1) bat339 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your bat339 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. bat339 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat339 username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify bat339 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensure you log out of your bat339 account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.

bat339 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where unusual activity, suspected fraud, or potential security compromise is detected. During any such investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted until the matter is fully resolved.

bat339 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bat339 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits made to bat339 must originate from a payment account or card held in the player's own name. bat339 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account identity verification must be fully completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to a player's balance must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• bat339 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for PKR transactions via JazzCash and EasyPaisa; bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the receiving institution.

bat339 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. bat339 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in response to suspected abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat339 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bat339 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on bat339.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the bat339 service.
• Technical failures, network outages, or data transmission errors beyond bat339's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the bat339 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

bat339's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bat339 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a bat339 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

bat339 may share player data with third parties strictly as necessary for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. bat339 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bat339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a bat339 transaction.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Article 2.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bat339 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of all pending verification requirements.

bat339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bat339 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date published on this page.

Your continued use of bat339 following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 12.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bat339, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bat339's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. bat339 will respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by bat339's applicable gaming licence. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
